ATCO's NEW ULTRA-FLEX Duct Kit

As the use of UV Bio-treatment lamps in air handling systems continues to increase, it has been determined that they can have a deteriorating effect on the inner core of many non-metallic flexible ducts. Having recognized this potential problem, ATCO has developed the ULTRA-FLEX flexible duct kit. ATCO's New ULTRA-FLEX Kit provides an easy, economical method for protecting a flexible duct from damaging ultraviolet radiation emitted by UV Bio-Treatment lamps.

Material Safety Data Sheet

ATCO does not have a formal MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) on our flexible duct products. A MSDS is generally applicable to base chemicals and ATCO produces a finished composite which is individually carton packaged to the wholesaler. The finished product is handled only by the installer. Once installed, repeated handling is not done. Please download the MSDS for the fiberglass insulation to which workers might possibly be exposed during the installation of our products.

Acoustic Properties

Several specifications require an acoustical flexible duct or an acoustical rated duct. While we do not produce an acoustical flexible duct, we do have acoustical data on our standard flexible ducts. We have determined that we either meet or exceed acoustical flexible ducts manufactured by our competitors.
